Solution 1: Add the Bluetooth Device Through Devices and Printers Then, in the Services tab, make sure all the services are enabled.
Also, during the troubleshooting process, whenever you successfully connect a Bluetooth device to your system, then, in the Devices and Printers window, right-click on the Bluetooth device and choose Properties.
